• Standard Delivery: We use the Evri's reliable tracked service for standard deliveries, ensuring your order arrives within 3-5 working days.
• Express Delivery: Need it faster? Opt for our Express Delivery. For an additional charge, we'll dispatch your order with the tracked service, aiming for a swift 1-3 working day delivery.

Flexible Carrier Options: We're committed to efficiency. Depending on your location and our logistics, we might switch to an alternative delivery company, always ensuring the best possible service.

Returns Policy:

• Cancellation Window: You have the flexibility to cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, cancellation depends on whether your order has already been processed.
• Returns for Non-Personalised Items: Changed your mind? You can return non-personalised items within 28 days. Please note, return postage costs will be your responsibility.
• Personalised Items: Due to their unique nature, we’re unable to accept returns on personalised items.
